Perfect accommodation for our needs. We attended a wedding at the Eden Project which is some 15 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was perfect in every way and I would certainly recommend it and if I was every down in that vicinity again I would certainly stay there again.

The quality of the furnishings & decor were of a very high standard.
The front door key did not work & we always had a struggle to open the door. Other residents had keys which worked perfectly despite us being told there was a problem with the door not our key. The so called " buffet breakfast" was nothing of the sort being only 3 tubs of cereal & a carton of milk + a few tea bags. There was a dearth of cooking utensils tho there were good quality pans.it would provide more flexibility if one of the rooms had twin beds rather than both rooms having double beds.

Lovely, bright and clean apartment ... stylishly decorated. Everything had been considered and there were even some biscuits! Perfect for after a long journey.

The apartment was very well decorated and comfortable. It was close all local amenities and the local restaurants were excellent.
Was disappointed that there was a a dirty tea towel on the kitchen worktop when we arrived with a used sticking plaster at the side.

Contemporary design - very functional. A good base for exploring this area of Cornwall. A short walk to the tall ships and several reasonable pubs.

The flat was amazingly beautiful, brand new, a great value for money for a group of friends. Very clean and with all you'd need for a nice holiday. The owners were very nice and always available. We had an issue with the boiler and they came right away to find out what was going on and try to solve it. They didn't manage to fix it but immediately offered us an option of staying at their guest house or at another apartment they owned, so everything turned out ok in the end.

Great to stay somewhere so modern and clean in such a great location. We don't like cottages and character and its hard to find somewhere newly built in Cornwall. Really comfortable and clean apartment, great for me and my mother. Having a double bedroom each and our own bathroom was great, much better than jamming in to a hotel room. Great location too, just a short walk to the harbour, beach and coastal path. Nearby pubs and supermarket too.
Could have done with there being more than just cereal and milk for breakfast. Maybe they could provide bread, butter etc too? Internet wasn't working during our stay, although the owner did try to get us connected.

We used Wheel Water Apartment no.4 For our short 3-day trip in Cornwall. We were blown away how new, fresh and comfortable this apartment was. We were really happy with everything. The apartment is new-built, very luxurious in very quiet location of St.Austell, although the location might have been quiet because of November and end of main season. We booked this place mainly because of price, which we found unbelievable value for money, as well as location as we wanted to visit The Eden Project which was just 4 min of driving away. The apartment was really nicely decorated, felt really luxurious. Everything was clean and fresh. We really loved it. I would also mention that although it was self- catering we found that we could always talk to representative of the property who helped us with any issue. I would recommend to anyone, we will not hesitate to come back in future.

The apartment is well situated - close to pubs/restaurants. It is well furnished and everything is provided. It was lovely to have somewhere to go and relax/make a cup of tea/coffee/listen to music when we wanted.

This is a superb apartment exellently furnished and spotlessly clean. The owner is really nice and, meets you there to hand over the keys and go through the appliances etc. It has a lovely balcony and is very quiet with your own parking space out front.
